Can I cancel my order after placing it?Updated 8 days ago
We know plans can change, and we’ll always do our best to help—however, please note that most orders begin processing within minutes of being placed (unless an estimated ship date is provided at checkout). Because of this, it can be very difficult to make changes once your order is submitted, including cancellations.
🛑 Order Cancellations
Our warehouse teams work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible, so we can’t guarantee cancellations once an order is placed.
To give us the best chance of catching it in time, please submit your cancellation request the same day your order is placed.
If your order has already shipped:
You will need to reach out to FedEx directly and request that the package be returned to sender so it can be routed back to our warehouse.
Once the item is returned to us, we’ll be happy to process your refund. Please note, a 10% restocking fee may apply if the cancellation is due to buyer’s remorse.
If the order has already been delivered, it will fall under our standard return policy.
