Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window on most items.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging

  • Assembled or final sale items are not eligible for return


Return Fees

If the return is not due to damage, defect, or an error on our part, the following fees will apply:

  • A $50 flat return fee per item

  • A 10% restocking fee based on the product’s purchase price

Once your return is received in good condition, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method, minus applicable fees.


Shipping Fees

If your order included a shipping fee at checkout:

  • That shipping cost is non-refundable

  • The restocking fee will be based on the item price, excluding shipping

Good news: If your item arrived damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, we’ll waive both the return and shipping fees.


How to Start a Return

Here’s how to get started:

  1. Visit our Returns Portal

  2. Enter the email address used on your order

  3. You’ll receive a 6-digit login code

  4. Log in and request a return for any eligible item
